NZ Shipping
We offer free shipping within NZ for orders totalling NZ$80 or more (including GST). For any order that is NZ$79.99 or less will incur a flat shipping cost of NZ$7.00.
Aust Shipping
Only selected items from the store is available to be sold and shipped to Australia. You can find these items here. There is a flat shipping fee of NZ$20 for orders below NZ$100. Or orders valued at NZ$100 or more, free shipping is available.
Any refunds on the order will not include the shipping costs that you may have incurred (please refer to our Return & Refund Policy).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Timeframe
NZ
Our shipping timeframe within NZ ranges between 5 to 10 working days and are shipped from Auckland. Delivery addresses to South Island and rural areas can take an extra 2 to 3 days depending on weather conditions and also public holidays.
Aust
For shipping to Australia, this can range between 10 to 14 working days and can vary by state. For delivery to rural areas, there will be an extra 2 to 3 days.
Delivery To Your Doorstep
All parcels are delivered to your doorstep without requiring a signature. To avoid parcels being stolen from your doorstep, we recommend that you provide a delivery address where there will be someone available at the address to receive the parcel at time of delivery such as your work address or your neighbours (if they are home).
